How we collect, use and look after your personal information — in plain English, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
Who we are
Frontline Services Limited (“we”, “us”) is a heavy-equipment sales and servicing company based at 2 Ormiston Road, East Tamaki, Auckland. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@frontlineservices.co.nz or on 0800 FRTLNE (0800 378 563).
What we collect
- Enquiry details — when you use the enquiry form on this site or contact us by phone or email, we collect what you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry.
- Customer and account information — if you become a customer, we collect the information needed to supply and invoice products and services, as set out in our Terms of Trade.
- Basic technical information — our website host processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and performance. We don't run advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide products and services you've asked about.
- To quote, invoice, and manage orders, servicing schedules and warranties.
- Where relevant to credit accounts, to work with credit reporters and debt collection agencies, as set out in our Terms of Trade.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and processes enquiry-form submissions on our behalf.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the enquiry form from spam. Your use of it is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Trusted service providers we use to run the business (for example accounting and job-management software), only to the extent needed to do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records).
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. Email info@frontlineservices.co.nz and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page. Last updated: July 2026.
